    Licensed Community Association Managers

    Manage a portfolio of communities and provide direct leadership to administrative and maintenance staff to insure the activities required to efficiently run them are successfully carried out.  Our Managers conduct regular visual inspections of properties and are available for evening Board meetings on a routine basis.  Successful candidates will have an Illinois Community Association Manager License, plus 2 years relevant work experience.  Familiarity with TOPS management system a plus!

    Position will support our Community Association Managers and be responsible for owning the front end of the office environment.  Experience in a call center setting desirable.  Must possess strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs.  Experience with TOPS Property Management Software preferred!  Excellent organization skills required.  Open position in Tinley Park.


    Accounts Receivable Specialists

    We are recruiting for an experienced accounting professional to work out of our Naperville office.  Must possess strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs; QuickBooks.  Experience with TOPS and AppFolio Property Management  software desired.  Ideal candidates will have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.  Position will oversee collection of association assessments.
