Due to continued growth within our company, Advocate Property Management is looking for candidates experienced in property management, customer service and administrative support. The position would support Community Association Managers and be responsible for owning the front end of the office environment.
Successful candidates will have:
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Above average knowledge in MS Office and cloud technology
The desire to grow and develop their capabilities with the intent of moving up in our company
Experience with QuickBooks and Tops software is a plus
Primary duties include:
Assisting walk-in customers
Answering and routing phone calls for three busy offices
Receiving customer payments
Responding to homeowner concerns and creating work orders for same
Preparing outbound association mailings
Writing and distributing correspondence emails, letters, faxes and forms
Filing association documents utilizing SharePoint cloud services
Assisting Community Managers with association business
