Maintenance Technicians/Handyman needed for growing repairs and improvement company. Our Maintenance Techs resolve work orders for our managed, customer-owned properties and assist Real Estate Agents to insure rental properties are “rent ready”. The right candidate will be an experienced Maintenance Technician, Handyman, Carpenter, Plumber, or HVAC Tech with the ability to expand capabilities to handle a broad range of maintenance issues. Prior experience in a Property Management, Real Estate, Construction, or Maintenance business is desired. Preferred skills include light electrical, as well as drywall patch, prime and paint.
We have four locations serving the Chicago suburbs: Naperville, Tinley Park, Schaumburg and Lisle.
