Make a Payment
Our new, modernized Homeowner Portal gives you access to all your property information online. One of the features of the portal is to make it easier for you to make your payments.
Advocate offers several payment options to all our Community Homeowners. Options include: pay online by auto-debit, pay online by eCheck, pay online by credit card, mail your check, or pay by phone (see below).
WARNING: If you have a recurring payment set up in another system, you must disable that recurring payment before setting up a new payment in the Homeowner Portal.
Pay by Phone with a Credit Card
To make a payment over the phone, call 866-729-5327 and select Option 1.
