Make a Payment
We are excited to announce our new Homeowner Portal to give you access to all your property information online. One of the features of the portal is to make it easier for you to make your payments. In the future, the Homeowner Portal will become the only method for making online Homeowner payments.
Advocate offers several payment options to all our Community Homeowners. Options include: mail your check, pay online, pay by phone, or drop your check off at any of our offices in a sealed envelope with “Advocate Property Management” written on the outside. Payments made after 3 PM at any of our office locations may be posted on the following business day.
WARNING: If you have a recurring payment set up in another system, you must disable that recurring payment before setting up a new payment in the Homeowner Portal. We have included a link below to disable payments set up with Alliance Bank. Please call our office if you need to disable your recurring payment set up with PayLease.
Pay by Phone with Credit or Debit
To make a payment over the phone, call 866-729-5327 and select Option 1.
