Advocate Property Management , LLC. (“Advocate” or “we”) Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use information on the Advocate website (the “Site”).

By registering on or visiting the Site, you are acknowledging and accepting this Privacy Policy. We may from time-to-time revise this Privacy Policy, and the date of last revision will be available at the top of this page, so please be sure to check back periodically.Your continued use of the Site after changes have been posted to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The Information We Collect

Personally identifiable information is information that others can use to identify you, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number. When you register on and throughout your use of the Site you provide Advocate with certain personally identifiable information including without limitation your name, address, zip code, email address, telephone number, and any information related to the management of property. If you register or log on to the Site through Facebook, you agree to allow Facebook to share additional information with Advocate including your name, email address, profile picture, gender, user ID, list of friends and any other information that you have made publicly available on Facebook.

Additionally, Advocate servers automatically record information sent by your browser when you use the Advocate Site, including Internet Protocol address, browser type and language, and date and time of request. We may also collect information using cookies, web beacons or similar technologies.

When you send email or other communication to Advocate, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our service.

How We Use Information

Depending on your use of the Site and the services you request from Advocate, we may use your personally identifiable information for the following purposes:

· To enable Advocate Agents to contact you and provide personal service, or to provide you with personalized content, including email messages or E-Mail Alerts.

· To facilitate all aspects of the management (or potential management) of your property.

· For the purposes for which you provided the information, including to process and respond to inquiries and to contact you about services you have requested.

· To improve the features, content and navigability of the Site.

· To solicit your feedback about our services.

· To alert you to new Site features, promotions, services, and to deliver other information from which you may opt out.

· To enforce the Terms of Use.

In the future, we may sell some or all or our assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the event of a sale of our assets including our database, customer information will be transferred. We will require buyers to honor our privacy policy.

Sharing Of Information

Advocate may disclose your personally identifiable information to another entity (i) for purposes of outsourcing one or more of the functions described in the previous section; (ii) to confirm or update information provided by you; (iii) to inform you of important information; (iv) as a part of a sale of assets as described in the previous section; (v) with other companies for the purposes of marketing products to you after obtaining your consent; and/or (vi) as otherwise authorized by you.

Advocate will provide you with an opportunity to opt-in to share information with and receive information from Advocate or third parties. When you opt-in to share and receive information from Advocate or third parties, your information will be shared at Advocate discretion. You may at any point withdraw your consent to share information with Advocate or third parties by sending an email with the subject “Do Not Share Information” to service@AdvocatePM.com. Advocate will stop sharing your information within 10 (ten) days after receiving your request; provided, however, that information shared prior to that time will remain in the possession of Advocate or third parties and may continue to be used consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Advocate may share your personally identifiable information with third parties involved with the management of your property. These third parties include, but are not limited to insurance providers, maintenance contractors, etc.

You may choose to work with companies who are third parties and who are not affiliated with or related to Advocate, including without limitation, lending institutions, insurers, appraisers, home warranty companies, and other service providers, in connection with management services. These companies may each have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your personally identifiable information. Advocate accepts no responsibility or liability for third-party privacy policies or the actions of any third party with respect to your personally identifiable information.

We may also share your information in response to a subpoena, legal order or official request, when we believe you have acted in violation of the Terms of Use, or when we believe that doing so may protect your safety or the safety of others.

Information that is de-identified (stripped of any information that could be used to identify you) may be used by Advocate for any reason and shared freely with affiliates, the press, partners and third parties. This information is usually aggregated (combined with information from many other users), and may include information such as Site traffic patterns, trends, demographics, search patterns and other information.

Third-Party Advertising

Third-party advertisers may serve you ads when you visit the Site. Some of these companies may use information about your visits to Advocate and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

How We Use Cookies

A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain websites. When you visit the Site, Advocate sends one or more cookies to your computer that uniquely identifies your Internet browser. We use cookies to collect, store and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the services we provide. If you are a registered user, we will use a cookie to save your settings and to provide customizable and personalized services. Advertisers and third parties may also use their own cookies over which Advocate has no control.
